Work Hours: M-F with some nights and weekends


The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Director in marketing functions associated with Gunnison Valley Health to advance the brand within the community and create awareness of the healthcare systems products and services. These marketing functions include and are not limited to events, social media, promotions, website, design, sponsorships and other related activities. The Marketing Assistant operates with a focus in these areas and is also cognizant of budgetary requirements, graphic standards, excellence in writing and changing market demands.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum two years related office experience required. Computer proficiency and proficiency in Windows programs required. Proficiency with Adobe Creative is preferred.

Compensation: $18.88/hr - $22.56/hr, depending on experience.

Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, and dependent care FSA: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following date of hire.  PRN staff are not initially eligible for benefits, and GVH follows all Affordable Health Care Act Eligibility guidelines.
