As a Life Enriching Caregiver, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with your patients. Your duties will be multi-faceted, not only helping with the ADL’s but also forming relationships with residents, joining in activities and forming relationships. The primary purpose of your job is to assist with the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that governing our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.
Education: Must possess a current C.N.A. certification from the State of Colorado
Experience: Prefer experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Licenses/Certification: C.N.A. in state of Colorado.
Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00/hr, depending on experience.
Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, and dependent care FSA: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following date of hire. PRN staff are not initially eligible for benefits, and GVH follows all Affordable Health Care Act Eligibility guidelines.
