Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW or LPC)
Work Hours: M-F, 8-5
Utilizes a variety of person centered, culturally sensitive of treatment approaches to work with a diverse primary care population. Service goals include: providing effective behavioral health therapy to clients to improve their functioning and to prevent a higher level of care; group and family therapy, social emotional group activities, skills groups, behavioral supports for health conditions, crisis management, behavioral health case management, care coordination and consultation.
Education: Masters level degree in one of the recognized mental health professions(LCSW or LPC required, preference for LCSW). Fluency in Spanish preferred; English required.
Experience: Experience in providing services in a primary care setting preferred. Training in conducting diagnostic evaluations to establish differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
License/Certification: Colorado State License or License eligible. (LCSW or LPC required).
