Life Enriching Caregiver (C.N.A.) training (Class starts July 11th)
Full Time - $20,000 Sign N Stay Bonus!
As a Life Enriching Caregiver, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with your patients. Your duties will be multi-faceted, not only helping with the ADL’s but also forming relationships with residents, joining in activities and forming relationships. The Senior Care Center is conducting Nurse Aide training beginning on July 11th. There will be 1 week of Lecture, 1 week of Skills training, and 1 week of Clinical shift training followed by a test. Students must be available for the classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6am - 6:30pm for the training. After class has ended student will could work a for a variety of shifts.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 17 years of age by start of class.
Experience: Must enter our Nurse Aide Training program, then pass exam and obtain C.N.A. licensure in the state of Colorado within 160 days of employment.

Compensation: $17.50/hour with evening, night, and weekend shift differential pay.
Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, and dependent care FSA: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of active service.
Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following or coinciding with 30 days of active service.
